Wanted to share a photo featuring my handsome men. It isn't easy to get a photo of the two of them together without my son moving around or my husband having a not "quite so nice smile". I am also super excited about scrapping this picture (next year most likely)!!
For this picture, I'm using a Nikon D40 set on macro, ISO 400 and no flash. Using flash washes out the Christmas lights in the background. I later used iphoto to edit the picture into this antique look. My cousin is getting married next June and her access to a photographer in her area is non-existent. I'm stepping up to the plate and it is giving me the boost that I needed to learn more about my camera.
